Tokio Hotel are planning on delighting their fans releasing a new double DVD for the first time, entitled «Tokio Hotel TV – Caugh On The Camera» and it’ll be released in France on December 5th. The first part, which’s baptized «The History», shows a review of the last twelve months, along with the band’s comments. In fact, the first DVD contains exclusive images of Bill Kaulitz and his band mates on Tokio Hotel TV, from the official site, and also includes several exclusive sequences never seen before, comments and jokes from the four band members.
The first disc of «Tokio Hotel TV – Caugh On The Camera», «The History», shows a bunch of backstage and private life images of Tokio Hotel, from 2007 and 2008, when the band was travelling in Europe and also in the US. The second part of the DVD is called «The Future» and it’s also exclusive, because this one follows Tokio Hotel closely, while they’re preparing their new studio album, which will be released in 2009 worldwide and in France by Polydor.
The second DVD exclusively presents the German group in total intimacy; during they’re recording moments in studio. Each fan will be able to discover the backstage of the third album, since the materialization of ideas into songs to text writing or the choice of original titles.
Tokio Hotel fans will be pleased for listening to some extracts of the new songs. Right now, Bill Kaulitz and his colleagues are promoting their last album in English in the US and they’re also working on their third album, which will be released before next summer. The new DVD will be released in France in the beginning of December in three different versions. First, there’ll be a standard edition of «Tokio Hotel TV – Caugh On The Camera». This one will contain in condensed format the content of the two parts: «The History» and «The Future», in one only DVD. Secondly, there’ll also be a deluxe edition with the two DVDs of «Tokio Hotel – Caugh On The Camera»: «The History» and «The Future». Thirdly a more tempting version will be available before the end of the year, which will have the deluxe edition of «Tokio Hotel – Caugh On The Camera» and an exclusive collector’s t-shirt.
Waited with Great expectation by the fans, the new double DVD is like a cherry on top of the cake, because in a period of 3 years, Tokio Hotel became the most successful band in Europe. France is one of the biggest places where Bill Kaulitz and his band mates have been, for concerts. Tokio Hotel have performed in front of the Eiffel Tower for more than 500,000 people, they had two concerts at Palais Omnisports of Paris-Bercy and a gigantic tour of eleven dates, which was sold out in 48 hours, in which they returned for an amazing concert at Parc des Princes. So far, 1 million albums and DVDs from Tokio Hotel were sold in France (Top 3 of the best sales in 2007).
